Cancellation Policy
Clients that book out in advance will be notified in a time efficient manner if I need to reschedule their appointment. Same day cancellations and or no shows are responsible for the full amount of their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late (grace period) and I can not accommodate you, you will be responsible for the full payment of your scheduled service. All customers are required to leave a $25 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance or you will loose your deposit and you will have to pay 100% of your service before making a new appointment. If you are running more than 10minutes behind you will loose your deposit and have to reschedule. Same day cancellation/No calls/No show are required to pay for appointment in full. After your second reschedule you will loose your deposit and you would need to reschedule online. Payments accepted: apple cash, pay pal, venmo, zelle, cash app. No credit card payment accepted at this time. ***All deposits & services are non-refundable***
