2-4 weeks prior to your appointment you should not use any harsh chemicals, scrubs, or cleansers.
2-4 weeks prior to your appointment stop all forms of exfoliation including face scrubs, microdermabrasion, and any face tool thats abrasive (clarisonic, textured face sponges)
4-6 weeks prior to your appointment stop usage of any prescription strength topical creams such as Retin A/Retinold
2-4 weeks prior stop all antibiotics
2-4 weeks prior to your appointment stop any acne related regimen
Rules for After Care
Dont’s:
• Absolutely no water is to touch or allowed on your face area for 5 complete days, taking baths are recommended
Absolutely no steam or sweat (no working out or any activity that will make you excessively perspire for 5 days
Next peel can’t be performed until 4 weeks
Absolutely no make up
Do not use any products on your face except whats provided for after care • Avoid direct sunlight Do’s: • Refresh your skin by using Herbal Care Lotion on a cotton pad • Apply special regulating Cream AM &PM • Increase your water consumption • Do invest in a good serum for after care; serum is used morning and night before moisturizing Please remember that at home care before and after your peel is very important. Never pick at your skin and avoid touching your skin. Improve your eating habits, never sleep on a dirty pillow case, and wipe down your phone with sanitizing wipes to avoid cheek break outs.
